Godspell star Lindsay Mendez leaves no stone unturned at Circle in the Square Theatre during a recent behind-the scenes tour with Broadway.com, from the show's baptismal water trough all the way back to the stars' dressing rooms. In the props department, Mendez points out wonders like an L. Ron Hubbard pizza box and the Project Runway-designed costume that gets to wear in the show. Back in the dressing rooms, Mendez catches Anna Maria Perez de Tagle mid-hair curl (and listening to Mandy Moore), shows off her own digs and sends Telly Leung a-running. Why? To prepare the way for Mendez’s birthday celebration! That’s right, it's our hostess' birthday, and she gets a cake and a kiss from Hunter Parrish.
