The world premiere production of Kieran Lynn’s dark comedy An Incident at the Border, starring Tom Bennett and Florence Hall, will transfer to the West End’s Trafalgar Studios 2. Directed by Bruce Guthrie, the London production will begin performances on August 20, with an official opening night on August 22. An Incident at the Border will play a limited engagement through September 15.
An Incident at the Border is the story of a couple who, during a romantic walk in the park, suddenly find themselves on opposite ends of a new border. Under the rigorous eyes of a border guard, they are now caught between two nations on the verge of war. In addition to Bennett and Hall, the production stars Mark Pickering. An Incident at the Border originally opened at the Finborough Theatre on July 22.
The creative team of An Incident at the Border includes designer Sophia Simensky, lighting designer Humphrey McDermott, as well as music by Zands Duggan and Louise Morgan and sound by Paul Roberts.
