Everybody Say 'Squigs!' Wayne Brady & His Kinky Boots Co-Stars Get Sketchy

The sex is in the sketch! Wayne Brady has stepped into the dazzling red footwear in Kinky Boots on the Great White Way and as the Emmy winner entered the land of Lola, Broadway.com resident artist Justin “Squigs” Robertson stopped by to get in on the action and pen this sketch. In addition to Brady as Lola in all her glory, the portrait features Andy Kelso as Charlie, Jeanna De Waal as Lauren, Daniel Stewart Sherman as Don, Marcus Neville as George and Courtney Wolfson as Nicola. About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
