Kravitz Joins Sly Fox; Pinchot Switches Roles

More cast changes have been announced for Larry Gelbart's Sly Fox. Jason Kravitz will join the comedy as sinewy Lawyer Craven, a role currently played by Bronson Pinchot. In turn, Pinchot will move up to the leading role of Simon Able, which is currently portrayed by Eric Stoltz.
Kravitz is perhaps best known for playing Asst. Dist. Atty. Richard Bay on TV's The Practice. His film credits include the recent remake of The Stepford Wives, Wheelmen, The Third Wheel and Sweet November.

As we reported on July 22, other replacement stars in Sly Fox are Richard Kind, Carol Kane, Larry Storch and Richard Libertini. Original cast member Rachel York will be switching roles. The casting changes will all be in place the week of August 17.
Sly Fox, based on Ben Jonson's Volpone, opened at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on April 1 to mixed reviews. The production, directed by Arthur Penn, continues to feature Bob Dishy, Professor Irwin Corey and Nick Wyman as well as Charles Antalosky, Linda Halaska, Jeremy Hollingworth, Robert LaVelle, Jason Ma, Jeff Talbott and Gordon Joseph Weiss.
