FringeNYC 2004 Excellence Awards Announced

Every year The New York International Fringe Festival FringeNYC celebrates its closing with the announcements of the FringeNYC Overall Excellence Awards, which are decided by a panel of over 30 theater professionals. The awards were announced live at the B-Bar on August 29.
