The acclaimed Broadway revival of Big River featured a cast of hearing and deaf actors working alongside one another. The show was nominated for a Best Revival Tony Award and is currently on tour.

Its current Broadway clients include Beauty and the Beast, Dracula, Fiddler on the Roof, 42nd Street, Hairspray, Mamma Mia!, Movin' Out, The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera, The Producers and Wicked.
Both the Edison Café and Sardi's are Broadway institutions. The Edison Café became immortalized when it served as the setting for Neil Simon's 45 Seconds from Broadway. Sardi's is home to the famous wall of theater stars' caricatures.
Swope, of the Martha Swope Studio, has photographed dozens of Broadway productions. Some of the shows she photographed are the original Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Hay Fever, Big Deal, Arsenic and Old Lace, Broadway Bound, Chess, Aint' Misbehavin', Legs Diamond, Starmites, City of Angels, Falsettos and Damn Yankees.
The 2004 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre will be awarded on October 26 at Tavern on the Green. Building on a tradition that began last year, the Tony Honors are nominated, announced and presented in the fall in order to give the honorees their own moment in the spotlight.
