Full Cast Announced for Good Vibrations

Tituss Burgess, Brandon Wardell and Jessica-Snow Wilson will join previously reported cast members David Larsen, Kate Reinders, Tracee Beazer, Milena Govich, American Idol's Justin Guarini and John Jeffrey Martin in the upcoming Beach Boys musical Good Vibrations. Also set for the cast are Heath Calvert, Janet Dacal, Tom Deckman, Sarah Glendening, Chad Kimball, Amanda Kloots, Jesse Nager, David Reiser, Jackie Seiden, Allison Spratt, Carlos L. Encinias, Vasthy Mompoint, Steve Morgan and Krysta Rodriguez.

Burgess was featured as Eddie in Good Vibrations at Vassar's Powerhouse Theater this summer. He is currently playing various roles in Jersey Boys at the La Jolla Playhouse. His other regional theater credits include mountings of La Cage aux Folles and The Civil War.

Ken Mandelbaum mentioned Wardell, who will play Dave, for the cast of Good Vibrations on October 20. He has appeared on Broadway in Assassins, Thoroughly Modern Millie and James Joyce's The Dead. His regional credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Glimmerglass.

Mandelbaum mentioned Snow, who will play Marcella, for a part in the show on October 1. She was the second and final Audrey in the recent revival of Little Shop of Horrors. She has also appeared on Broadway in Les Miserables and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Wilson made her off-Broadway debut in 1996 playing Toffee in the original off-Broadway cast of Zombie Prom and is featured on the show's cast recording. She also served as an understudy for the off-Broadway production of I Sing and was recently featured in Fringical at the New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Good Vibrations follows the romantic misadventures of a group of small-town teenagers on a life-changing odyssey to the promised land: the beaches of Southern California. It features music by Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys and a book by Richard Dresser.

The show premiered at Vassar's Powerhouse Theater, where it ran from July 29 through August 1, 2004. The musical, directed and choreographed by John Carrafa, is scheduled to begin previews at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on December 20 in preparation for a January 27 opening.
