Conley first rose to fame as a comedic television personality, notably headlining the series This Way Up, Time After Time, Grimleys and The Brian Conley Show. He is known for practicing the art of pantomime and in 1998 appeared as Buttons in Cinderella at the Birmingham Hippodrome. He later reprised the role in both Plymouth and Southampton. His other theatrical credits include Me and My Girl at the Adelphi Theatre, Jolson at The Victoria Palace and a tour of the straight play Elton John's Glasses.
Gibb began her training at The Dance School of Scotland in Glasgow and then continued at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom. She made her West End debut playing Rumpleteaser in Cats which was preserved on the Really Useful video of the musical. Her other West End credits include Beauty and the Beast, Starlight Express, Chicago and Beautiful and Damned.
Stardust first gained attention in the U.K. in the early 1960s when he was using the name Shane Fenton. He scored with the singles "I'm a Moody Guy" and "Cindy's Birthday." Then, in the early 1970s, he reinvented himself as Alvin Stardust and emerged on the scene anew. He scored a big hit with "My Coo Ca Choo" and remained in the public eye throughout the 1970s with the popular songs "Jealous Mind," "Red Dress," "You You You," "Tell Me Why," "Good Love Can Never Die" and "Sweet Cheatin' Rita." He has continued to tour and hit the UK. top 10 again in the mid-1980s.
