Adam Arkin previously starred at the Biltmore in Donald Margulies' Brooklyn Boy having appeared in the show out of town. He received a Tony nomination for his role in I Hate Hamlet and also appeared on the Great White Way as Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls. His off-Broadway credits include The Extra Man, the Encores! production of Fiorello! and MTC mountings of Sight Unseen and Four Dogs and a Bone. On television, Adam was nominated for an Emmy Award for his role as Dr. Aaron Shutt on Chicago Hope, which he starred in for six seasons, and Emmy nominations for his roles on Northern Exposure and Frasier. He has also been seen in recurring roles on The West Wing and Eight Simple Rules.
Matthew Arkin has never before appeared onstage with his brother Adam. He has appeared on Broadway in Laughter on the 23rd Floor and The Sunshine Boys. His other New York theatrical credits include Dinner with Friends, You Should Be So Lucky, OY!, The King of Carpets, The Roadblock and MTC's production of Moonlight & Magnolias.
Cohen is currently appearing onstage at Ensemble Studio Theatre in David Ives' The Other Woman part of Marathon 2006 through June 10. He has appeared off-Broadway in The Crucible and MTC's Glimmer, Glimmer and Shine. He recently starred in the ABC television movie Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America. Cohen is also known for playing teacher Max Medina in The Gilmore Girls.
Pawk won a Tony Award for her featured turn in Hollywood Arms. She has also appeared on the Great White Way in Chicago, Seussical, Cabaret, Triumph of Love, Crazy for You, Mail and Mamma Mia! which she departed suddenly in February. Her other notable credits include off-Broadway productions of Reefer Madness, After the Fair, Hello Again, Merrily We Roll Along and The Paris Letter and Bounce at the Goodman Theatre and the Kennedy Center.

The funeral of their father Louis is the catalyst for a showdown in the bedroom—the place where all the confusion began. The show was a huge critical success in the UK.
Losing Louie, directed by Jerry Zaks, will begin previews at the Biltmore Theatre on September 21 and officially open on October 12.
