Bamman and Colin recently seen off-Broadway in Defiance will appear as Boss Finley and Princess Kosmonopolis, respectively, in Tennessee Williams' Sweet Bird of Youth. The mounting will also feature Derek Cecil as Chance Wayne, Ted Koch as George Scudder, Beth Fowler as Aunt Nonnie and Betsy Aidem as Miss Lucy. Directed by David Jones, the show will play on the Main Stage from July 19 through July 30.
Graham a Tony nominee for Honour will play the role of Lady Capulet in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. She joins a cast that features Emmy Rossum as Juliet, Bill Camp as Friar Laurence, Kristine Nielsen as the Nurse, Daniel Oreskes as Capulet, Paul O'Brien as Montague, Sandra Shipley as Lady Montague and Remy Auberjonois as Tybalt. This production, directed by Will Frears, is scheduled to run on the Main Stage from August 2 through August 13.
Edelman a Tony nominee for City of Angels, Anna Karenina, 1776 and Into the Woods and Hopkins have joined the cast of the musical The Opposite of Sex as Bill and Lucia, respectively. Kerry Butler and David Burtka were previously announced to star. While Butler and Burtka appeared in the musical's world premiere engagement at the Magic Theatre in San Francisco in the fall of 2004, Edelman and Hopkins were not featured in that mounting. Back then, their roles were played by John Bolton and Karen Ziemba. Directed by Robert Jess Roth, the tuner is scheduled to run on the Nikos Stage from August 9 through August 20.
