The Vineyard Theatre has extended its production of Stopping Traffic, written by and starring Mary Pat Gleason, by one week. The show will now run off-Broadway through July 2.
In Stopping Traffic, Gleason tells of her life-long experiences with bipolar disorder. After the show, there is always a Q&A between Gleason and the audience.
Stopping Traffic, directed by Lonny Price, opened on June 7. In his Broadway.com Review of the show, William Stevenson wrote: "Gleason's candid writing and genial delivery, along with Lonny Price's assured direction, make Stopping Traffic an arresting, involving and often amusing autobiographical theater piece."
