Busy Broadway Week Ahead: Four Opening Nights Rescheduled

Broadway producers wasted no time rescheduling opening nights in the wake of the settlement of the 19-day stagehands strike. Three plays had missed their openings since the strike began on November 10. Here is the revised schedule of openings:

Sunday, December 2: Cymbeline the previously scheduled opening night of Lincoln Center Theater's production, which continued performances through the strike at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre, is unchanged

Monday, December 3: The Farnsworth Invention an added performance at the Music Box Theatre

Tuesday, December 4: August: Osage County Imperial Theatre

Thursday, December 6: The Seafarer Booth Theatre

Sunday, December 9: Is He Dead? Lyceum Theatre

Disney's production of The Little Mermaid, originally scheduled to open on December 6, and The Homecoming, originally scheduled to open on December 13, have not yet rescheduled their openings.
