Tickets Now On Sale for In the Heights

Tickets are now on sale for the Broadway production of In the Heights at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. Performances begin on February 14, 2008.

In the Heights is a hip, modern and completely unique new musical about three days in the life of Washington Heights, a vibrant and tight-knit community at the top of the island of Manhattan. It's a place where the coffee from the corner bodega is light and sweet, the windows are always open, and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music.

Featuring a score by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who also stars as the show's central character Usnavi, In the Heights comes to Broadway after a successful run at off-Broadway's 37 Arts. It received the 2007 Outer Critics Circle and Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Musical and was nominated for the 2007 Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Music and Outstanding Lyrics.
