Hairspray and Macbeth Top London's Critics' Circle Awards

The Tony Award-winning musical Hairspray and Rupert Goold's production of Macbeth took double honors at the 2007 London Critics' Circle Theatre Awards. Winners were decided by the independent votes of drama section members. The ceremony, hosted by Chairman Charles Spencer, theatre critic of The Daily Telegraph, was held on January 29 at the Prince of Wales Theatre.
