Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy to Play Broadway this Summer

Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy, an acrobatic musical spectacular, is heading to Broadway. The show, which has toured the country extensively, will play the Broadway Theatre for a 10-week limited engagement beginning on June 16. The official opening is scheduled for June 26.

Created and directed by Neil Goldberg, Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy is an exotic encounter inspired by nature's unpredictable creations that are brought to life by an international cast of 25 aerialists, contortionists, acrobats, jugglers and musicians. Set in a fantastical jungle, the show is populated by striking visual effects, from an aerial ballet of butterflies to balancing giraffes.

Goldberg founded Cirque Dreams in 1993. The company combines cirque-stye of performance artistry with American circus arts and Broadway theatrics. Other Cirque productions include Cirque Ingenieux, Cirque Dreams Coobrila and Cirque Dreams Illumination.

Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy will play on Broadway through August 24.
