Boys' Life by Howard Korder
Originally produced in 1988 at Lincoln Center Theater with a cast that included Felicity Huffman, Mary McCann, Clark Gregg and Jordan Lage, Boys' Life looks at three college buddies who maneuver their way through life and sex in New York City. Mr. & Mrs. Fitch by Douglas Carter Beane
A hit at the recent Humana Festival, Becky Shaw centers on a newlywed couple who fixes up two romantically challenged friends: wife's best friend meet husband's sexy and strange new co-worker. When an evening calculated to bring happiness takes a dark turn, crisis and comedy ensue. Peter DuBois, who directed the Humana production that starred Annie Parisse, will helm the New York premiere as well. Becky Shaw begins previews in January 2009 and will open in mid-February.
In this latest work by the author of The Little Dog Laughed and Xanadu, gossip columnists Mr. and Mrs. Fitch find that great celebrity can appear out of thin air when the social circuit no longer provides any scandalous news. Previews will begin in March 2009, and the show will open in early April; no director has been set.
