Broadway Grosses: Pre-Tony Lull Continues

It was another so-so week on Broadway, with only nine of 36 shows playing to greater than 90% of capacity. Glory Days came and went with just one official performance, and Spamalot saw its gross drop more than $300,000 after the departure of Clay Aiken. Of greater interest will be the results in the next several weeks, when the power or lack of it of the 2008 Tony nominations will begin to be felt at the box office among this season's plays, musicals and revivals.
