Legally Blonde, Spring Awakening Win 2009 Touring Broadway Awards

The winners of the 2009 Touring Broadway Awards were announced on May 4 at a during the Broadway League’s annual Spring Road Conference at the Hilton New York in Manhattan. Seth Rudetsky announced the following winners, chosen by League presenters representing over 240 markets:

In addition, a Touring Broadway Achievement Award was given to Bill Miller, an award for Outstanding Achievement in Presenter Management was given to Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, an award for Outstanding Achievement in Road Marketing was given to Michael Kilgore and an award for Distinguished Lifetime Service was given to Alecia Parker.
