"I loved how it had the right balance between BTTF nostalgia and present day nuances. The changes made il from the movie improved the overall experience. Back to the future was excellent
"I really enjoyed how well the cast and crew displayed the story, the music was incredible, so much so it’s now on my playlist and the special effects were breathtaking. The comedy was well timed and I liked that it kept some of the best jokes from the movie. While I understand the change in some of the story line was necessary for being on stage it still was kind of disappointing at times, the chemistry between characters was amazing and the references to todays world was hilarious, over all totally worth the watch."

A Fun, Nostalgic Ride
"Lots of fun and heart in this show - people who loved the movie should love the musical, even tho its faithfulness to the source material makes the live version feel a bit too familiar. The show tackles the technical challenges of the story with creativity and all-round awesomeness. Performances are solid and set, lighting and costumes are top notch. Felt the actor’s mics were too loud and sounded unnatural. The DeLorean is a magical character in its own right. In the end, I left the theatre happy, feeling that there was enough food for thought sprinkled in amongst the spectacle to give ithe show some solid substance."

Fun, funny and interactive
"It exceeded my expectations and special effect were super awesome. As family, for the last event visiting NYC, we had so much fun watching this show, and bring us memory of the days when this cult movie first came out. It was cherry on top the cake. We strongly recommended to see it and venue was super cozy and you feel very close to the stage.

"The special effects were incredible. Loved that the writers followed the storyline, with some minor tweaks. The actors were excellent. I thought there could have been a few less songs, as parts felt to have dragged on, but from the Enchantment Under the Sea to the very end, it was as enjoyable as the movie. Well done."

"Overall I thought the show was great!! Have to keep in mind that it’s a performance so certain things are changed and things are added in to make it a proper “show”. Absolutely loved the back and forth between Marty and Docs characters at times. Not sure if that was scripted but it added a hilarious dynamic to the show! There were a few cases where, if I had my young kids there, I would’ve preferred them to not see or hear certain things. I’ll leave that up to other parents to decide how to handle that but overall it was a wonderful show!! “Marty” was great and like I said, Doc stole the show!! Everyone was great!"

a great play of a great movie
"First of all, back to the future is by itself already a exquisite series, so when the play allowed it to bear fruit in a way which was true to its nature, it helped a lot to make it shine. the reason i don't recommend it for children isn't because its innapropiate, but because they most likely wouldn't understand most of the jokes made."
