"This was my first ever Broadway performance, but not my first live theater performance. I was blown away by the special effects in this thing! Me and my friend picked this show on a whim because neither of us had ever seen the movie and the price was right. Both of us left totally amazed. The actors were great as well, the musical numbers were fine, nothing ground breaking, but the real star was the character work. The main character's actor was so funny and vibrant, he really brought a lot to the role. I had a great time and left going "Wow! Are all Broadway performances like that?!" My parents would love it, if I ever go back to new york, I will be taking them to see it for sure. "

1.21 Gigawatts of FUN!
"Back to the Future is one of my favorite movies from the 80s, so I was excited, but also a little concerned about how it would present on stage. It did NOT disappoint! The special effects were some of the best I've ever seen at a Broadway show.
The actors were incredible. Casey Likes was the most incredible Marty McFly - he nailed this role!
Roger Bart was not playing Doc Brown that night, it was played by Blakeley Slaybaugh who was beyond amazing. I can't imagine the other actor being better at that role!
The actors playing George McFly and Biff Tannen were fabulous as well.
Loved the music - both from the orginal movie as well as the new songs. It was hard to sit still!
I would warn parents who have kids with sensory issues that this may not be for them. There were a lot of flashing lights and loud noises.
This was such a fantastic show! I highly recommend it."
