"This Sunday's matinee (5/18) had the stand-ins for the roles of both Emcee and Sally performing, and what extraordinary performances they gave, so much so I couldn't imagine anyone more suited to the two, Bravo! I was surprised to see, on our return home, emails directly from the production allowing us full refunds for the tickets due to the unforeseen change in line-up. No way! We had the perfect line-up, and the entire cast couldn't be more suited to their respective characters. What a riveting, moving, stunning show! The cast, the choreography, the orchestra.. but above all, the casting: No actor more suited to his or her character than the next! We were a family of four and we loved every minute!
