"Even with an injured leg, Jean portrayed the character with emotion and empathy. She didn't move around much, but she didn't have to. She was incredible and I recommend this show for anyone who likes a one-person play."

"this was a story based on jamie wax’s aunt from louisiana. it was an interesting insight with plenty of sadness and some uplifting life moments as well all beautifully expressed through the multi talented jean smart. she is the main event she is the reason people are there. nothing else, let’s be clear!
