New favorite show….
"I absolutely loved this show. It was silly, fun entertainment. The actors were spectacular, the costumes unsurpassed, the sets were gorgeous and the music was phenomenal. I guess the only show that is kind of similar that I can think of is Legally Blonde the musical (I saw it 5 times) From my perspective the stair scene alone was worth the price of the ticket. Still trying to figure out how they did the stunt… "

Now a Warning, You'll Be Obsessed with This
"Death Becomes Her is one of my favorite comfort movies of all time so I knew I absolutely had to see the musical. This show has quickly become one of my top 3 favorite shows ever, in fact, I've seen it now 3 times between October and now January. Between the stellar knock-out cast, humor, costumes, set, I just cannot pinpoint a single bad thing about this show. The pacing was great, placement of songs were great, I just loved it all. I most definitely will be coming back again for at least a 4th time!"

SO MUCH FUN
"Megan Hilty and Jennifer Simard absolutely crush it!! They sing their faces off and have the audience laughing at every turn (and there are a lot of turns). This is a show you don’t want to miss, especially if you can see those two! The music was brilliantly written by Julia Mattison. This show is sure to become a classic hit across the country. "

Hurry to Death (Well, the play, that is)
"The entire cast was phenomenal. The set design. The lyrics. See Death Becomes Her before it’s too late. Did I mention the cast? Michelle Williams’ vocals shine bright! Megan Hilty and Jennifer Simard are a duo that cannot be topped. And while these ladies shine, Christopher Sieber’s solo refuses to be outdone by these vocal powerhouses. If I had time, I would’ve attend the 8:00 p.m. show! "

So Good We Went Twice
"The concept is intriguing. The script is hilarious. The acting is superb. The music was top notch. And the scenery design and lighting deserve awards for being amazing. The actors all had excellent singing voices and enunciation that let us enjoy the whole performance and not wonder what they were saying. We try to go to as many shows as we can when we come to NYC to visit family. This show was so good that we brought our adult son to see it the next day. Come to see it yourself. You’ll have bragging rights when the Tony winners are announced. "

A hilariously play on the original that knocks the ball out of the park!
"The show was very interesting, the set was colorful, and the acting was superb! I was apprehensive that the show would capture the magic of the big screen but delivered in every way! I was wondering if the murder scenes would be conveyed accurately and again the show knocked it out of the park. Not only was the story capitating it was jam packed with humor to boot. "

About Death Becomes Her

Madeline Ashton is the most beautiful actress (just ask her) ever to grace the stage and screen. Helen Sharp is the long-suffering author (just ask her) who lives in her shadow. They have always been the best of frenemies…until Madeline steals Helen’s fiancé away. As Helen plots revenge and Madeline clings to her rapidly fading star, their world is suddenly turned upside down by Viola Van Horn, a mysterious woman with a secret that’s to die for.

After one sip of Viola’s magical potion, Madeline and Helen begin a new era of life (and death) with their youth and beauty restored…and a grudge to last eternity.

Now a warning! You may not be ready for the unbelievable amount of comedy, glamour, and magic onstage at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Death Becomes Her is a “wildly entertaining, perfect musical comedy. It grabs the audience by the jugular and doesn’t let go” (Deadline). Starring Tony nominees Megan Hilty, Jennifer Simard, and Christopher Sieber, plus Grammy® winner Michelle Williams, with direction and choreography by Tony winner Christopher Gattelli, Death Becomes Her is “a laugh-filled, tuneful musical to die for” (Variety) and “a cheek-aching laughter roller coaster — the most fun night out on Broadway!” (The Daily Beast). Experience the “savagely funny” (Time Out) pop-culture phenomenon that’s been certified “hilarious” by The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Z100, Beyoncé (!!), Goldie Hawn, Superman aka David Corenswet, Michelle Williams (the other one), and countless fans on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. See it now, and laugh for eternity.
