Phenomenal Performance
"I absolutely loved the show and the entire cast was fantastic. I did bring my teen daughter with me who also loved the show. Not sure if younger children should see the show due to some of the adult content but this show was definitely a must see."

One of the funniest shows I’ve seen on stage
"I didn’t even know this show was running. I hadn’t heard about it. Took a chance and man was that the right decision. I laughed the whole show through. The practical effects which are obvious are part of the humor. Megan Hilty and Jennifer Simard are amazing in battling diva roles. Michelle Williams is a diva in her own right and Chistopher Sieber played the lone male lead to protection. A must see, even if on a whim. "

Hilarious!
"I attended with coworkers, and we all were rolling on the floor laughing. The show did have adult humor but nothing that would make me squirm in from of them. The writing was witty, the actors were fabulous, and the supporting rolls took this show up a notch. The singing and dancing was on point. I would see this show again and again. "

Incredible!!! Must see
"The leads were amazing. This show surprised me in so many ways. The ensemble was off the charts. Las Vegas showgirls, thunder down under, a bit of Frankenstein. Stunts. Contortionist. Contemporary humor. It’s just has it all. What a wild ride!"

big budget, fast-paced musical-comedy romp
"A lot of hard work and money is on obvious display at the Lunt-Fontanne for the new musical "Death Becomes Her." Highlights include strong singing and comedy chops from the first-rate cast, tight and energetic dancing from the chorus, and probably the greatest stand out--amazing acrobatic choreography (the staircase scene is hard to forget). The score is good but would not say there is a Broadway standard level tune that you will be humming later. All and all, definitely worth your money to see!"

Death becomes her only on broadway
"The cast, set, script and music was absolutely amazing. It was the best show I have seen in years. The movie was brought to life in a well written dark comedy for Broadway. It kept the audience engaged and the laughter was non stop. All I can say is it’s brilliant and get tickets to see the show for a night you’ll never forget. "

Vanity at its best.
"Death Becomes Her has to be one of the top 5 best musicals I have ever seen. Acting, singing dancing, principals and ensemble are excellent. You can feel that this group gets along well together and their energy showed that. Megan and Jennifer are a hoot? It is funny, salty full off special effects with over the top fun. Chris Sieber does an amazing number where he proceeds to get drunk while preparing to patch up the girls and and it is hilarious and amazing. Michelle Williams is enchanting. Overall this show is just plain fun poking fun at the ever real issues with aging and society pressure on staying young looking. Special effects are fun along with he witty dialog and double meaning lines. Don't hesitate go see this show and have some fun."

"The storyline followed the movie so it helps to have seen the movie. It reminded me of Dorian Grey - the price of immortality. It is R rated and the dancers were the stars; beautiful bodies moving with extreme grace. "

About Death Becomes Her

Madeline Ashton is the most beautiful actress (just ask her) ever to grace the stage and screen. Helen Sharp is the long-suffering author (just ask her) who lives in her shadow. They have always been the best of frenemies…until Madeline steals Helen’s fiancé away. As Helen plots revenge and Madeline clings to her rapidly fading star, their world is suddenly turned upside down by Viola Van Horn, a mysterious woman with a secret that’s to die for.

After one sip of Viola’s magical potion, Madeline and Helen begin a new era of life (and death) with their youth and beauty restored…and a grudge to last eternity.

Now a warning! You may not be ready for the unbelievable amount of comedy, glamour, and magic onstage at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Death Becomes Her is a “wildly entertaining, perfect musical comedy. It grabs the audience by the jugular and doesn’t let go” (Deadline). Starring Tony nominees Megan Hilty, Jennifer Simard, and Christopher Sieber, plus Grammy® winner Michelle Williams, with direction and choreography by Tony winner Christopher Gattelli, Death Becomes Her is “a laugh-filled, tuneful musical to die for” (Variety) and “a cheek-aching laughter roller coaster — the most fun night out on Broadway!” (The Daily Beast). Experience the “savagely funny” (Time Out) pop-culture phenomenon that’s been certified “hilarious” by The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Z100, Beyoncé (!!), Goldie Hawn, Superman aka David Corenswet, Michelle Williams (the other one), and countless fans on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. See it now, and laugh for eternity.
