So good, seeing it once won’t be enough.
"Death Becomes Her slays! An absolute knockout—amazing, energetic, and laugh‑out‑loud funny. I’d see it again in a heartbeat.
The set design and effects are spectacular. Madeline’s iconic fall is so brilliantly executed I could watch it on repeat. Michelle Williams is radiant, and Betsy Wolfe, Jennifer Simard, and Christopher Sieber perform with such seamless chemistry that every scene lands perfectly. It’s a sharp, witty, and delightfully fresh take on a classic comedy. Go see it. Go twice! "

Worth making time for!
"This show was on my short-list for my trip but I didn’t end up getting tickets originally. I ended up having a free night and decided to go with my aunt and uncle to this show and I am SO glad I did. Absolutely hysterical, incredible costumes, incredible voices, perfect."

Crazy Fun!
"We had excellent seats in the orchestra section. All employees were kind and professional. I loved the music and the fun antics. We were told that the lead actor was not there. Whoever the understudy was they were perfect. Totally thought the man was genius in his portrayal. A fun and fast moving play. "

“It’s so good to laugh together” -Helen and Madeline
"“Death Becomes Her” is a MUST see! Christopher Sieber was amazing in his leading comedic role and the chemistry between him and the two lovely ladies, Megan Hilty and Kaleigh Cronin, was unmatched! Cronin and Hilty were superb and naturals in the lime light, with so many beautiful stage moments, stage combat, and stage love. This is a show is no secret but I would truly die for."

Beautifully hilarious
"Death Becomes Her was visually stunning, thought provoking, and hilarious! The theater was perfectly appointed and pre-order for intermission made the quick break efficient. We saw it with our 16+ yr old daughters and it we all loved the show. There were a few conservative folks squirming in their seats a bit which added to the amusement from my perspective! "

Amazing adaptation with fantastic performances
"First, this was so much better than the movie. The four lead characters (Mads, Helen, Viola, and Ernest) all gave spectacular performances, with over the top humor and amazing visual effects. There are a lot of references to sexual activities and promiscuity, which would go over the heads of children, but would work for teens well (I brought my 16 year old)."

About
Death Becomes Her
Madeline Ashton is the most beautiful actress (just ask her) ever to grace the stage and screen. Helen Sharp is the long-suffering author (just ask her) who lives in her shadow. They have always been the best of frenemies…until Madeline steals Helen’s fiancé away. As Helen plots revenge and Madeline clings to her rapidly fading star, their world is suddenly turned upside down by Viola Van Horn, a mysterious woman with a secret that’s to die for.
After one sip of Viola’s magical potion, Madeline and Helen begin a new era of life (and death) with their youth and beauty restored…and a grudge to last eternity.
Now a warning! You may not be ready for the unbelievable amount of comedy, glamour, and magic onstage at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Death Becomes Her is a “wildly entertaining, perfect musical comedy. It grabs the audience by the jugular and doesn’t let go” (Deadline). With direction and choreography by Tony winner Christopher Gattelli, Death Becomes Her is “a laugh-filled, tuneful musical to die for” (Variety) and “a cheek-aching laughter roller coaster — the most fun night out on Broadway!” (The Daily Beast). Experience the “savagely funny” (Time Out) pop-culture phenomenon that’s been certified “hilarious” by The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Z100, Beyoncé (!!), Goldie Hawn, Superman aka David Corenswet, Michelle Williams (the other one), and countless fans on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. See it now, and laugh for eternity.
