Jennifer Simard is a gem
"The whole show was great. Super funny, great musical numbers, and the whole company was so talented. But there is something about Jennifer simard and her comedic timing that puts it at a next level. But would definitely not see with my parents or with children. "

Wickedly Funny!
"Even though our show had the understudy for both lead roles it was entertaining and so well performed! I wasn’t expecting to laugh that hard—the vocals were excellent and entire show was well acted. Michelle is stunning. "

A must see musical!
"If you enjoyed the movie 30 years ago, you will love this musical! So entertaining! Incredible singing, beautiful colorful costumes, and funny dialogue! Even though Megan Hilty was unable to perform, her understudy, Kaleigh Cronin, knocked it out of the park! She is fabulous!! Of course, so happy to see Jennifer Simard, Michelle Williams and Christopher Sieber. A truly amazing and talented cast, one and all. "

An amazing show for teens and mature audiences.
"A truly enjoyable experience. The music, dancing, stage decorations, and acting were all incredible! Due to some costume design and innuendos, I would suggest teenagers and those that can handle adult content or older."

Madcap Hilarity!
"One of the funniest musical adaptations EVER. The entire audience roared with delight at this delicious cat fight. Brilliant music, and performances. Any other season, this would easily have captured all of the "Best of..." awards. But this one will probably run for years. SEE IT!"

Very funny. Non-stop laughs
"Fast paced show with enough humor to fill two viewings. Can't get all the humor in just one visit. What is the opposite of a heroine? That's what the two leading women are. Death Becomes Her is to vanity what Dirty Rotten Scoundrels was to greed. "

Enjoyable show
"Traditional grand Broadway-style musical with flashy production numbers including great dancing and costumes; nice job with physical comedy/fights; excellent cast, especially Michelle Williams; good job by understudy for Megan Hilty (hope she recovers her vocal health soon); live, larger-than-usual (for these days) orchestra. Very entertaining all around."

Death Becomes Amazing
"Just WOW! The incredible vocal range on the stage is staggering. The dancing, some of the best I’ve witnessed on Broadway, and the writing hysterically funny. I enjoyed this show so much. Anyone seeing Death Becomes Her will leave thoroughly entertained. The 6 Tony nominations were well deserved. The cast and orchestra is fantastic. Highly recommend for an entertaining evening! "

A complete joy of laughter and entertainment!
"I loved "Death becomes Her" I was looking forward to seeing it but had no idea how clever and laugh-out-loud funny it would be The costumes were incredibly clever- Im a fashion designer and have no idea how they pulled off the visual tricks that dazzled the audience Several layers of " show stoppers, too"!"

About Death Becomes Her

Madeline Ashton is the most beautiful actress (just ask her) ever to grace the stage and screen. Helen Sharp is the long-suffering author (just ask her) who lives in her shadow. They have always been the best of frenemies…until Madeline steals Helen’s fiancé away. As Helen plots revenge and Madeline clings to her rapidly fading star, their world is suddenly turned upside down by Viola Van Horn, a mysterious woman with a secret that’s to die for.

After one sip of Viola’s magical potion, Madeline and Helen begin a new era of life (and death) with their youth and beauty restored…and a grudge to last eternity.

Now a warning! You may not be ready for the unbelievable amount of comedy, glamour, and magic onstage at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Death Becomes Her is a “wildly entertaining, perfect musical comedy. It grabs the audience by the jugular and doesn’t let go” (Deadline). Starring Tony nominees Megan Hilty, Jennifer Simard, and Christopher Sieber, plus Grammy® winner Michelle Williams, with direction and choreography by Tony winner Christopher Gattelli, Death Becomes Her is “a laugh-filled, tuneful musical to die for” (Variety) and “a cheek-aching laughter roller coaster — the most fun night out on Broadway!” (The Daily Beast). Experience the “savagely funny” (Time Out) pop-culture phenomenon that’s been certified “hilarious” by The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Z100, Beyoncé (!!), Goldie Hawn, Superman aka David Corenswet, Michelle Williams (the other one), and countless fans on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. See it now, and laugh for eternity.
