"I had not done any pre-reading about this show so I had no particular expectations. I loved the venue, I loved that everything near and dear to fans of the books was included in some way, and I loved how the magical elements were brought to life.

"The play started a little slow, but rapidly picked up to an engaging next story in the Harry Potter timeline. The effects were amazing! Highly recommend sitting in the dress circle…but I won’t ruin the surprise by telling you why. Effects were awesome, story was good but seemed rushed
"The effects (spells, instant outfit changes, background warping, magic, etc) were beautiful. The blacklight ink and floating dementors going up to the balcony was awesome, and harry transfiguring into Voldemort was very well done. The kids immediately changing into hogwarts robes was astonishing, and when the time turner was used, the backdrop warping was crazy. Even got to see Tom Felton which was so cool. The story itself was good but seemed a little rushed and halfhearted, but had some good parts. Overall amazing play, would recommend"
