He WHO-SHOULD-BE-Named!
"That's right, he "who- should-be-named" is Scorpius Malfoy, currently played by the amazing Aidan Close. This young performer, like the other greats on stage, are nothing less than phenomenal! Tom Felton playing himself as Draco, was CHEF'S KISS. However, I was personally elated by the simplicity and beauty of the scene transitions and props. I can not stop talking about it!
SO LET'S GET REAL, about this fictional story. If you read the book, then you may be slightly disappointed as it would be impossible to use the entire script in the allotted 3 hours; so you will be mildly confused (at first) why some characters do not appear. And, if you DID read the book, then you will still be in shock and AWE by the accuracy, timing, comedy, illusions, effects and everything that screams BROADWAY Meets The WIZARDING WORLD!
On the other hand, if you DID NOT read the book, you will also be BLOWN AWAY with a full DEPULSO spell as the Wizarding World is truly brought to LIFE! Wand effects, fight scenes, death marches, train rides, and SO MUCH MORE! This is a play that will be UNFORGETTABLE, because we know they are not unforgivable! ; )
So please note, if you are able, SAVE the money, READ the story (or not), but whatever you do, you MUST go see "The Boy Who Lived!" As the current actor not only brings a world of experience to the stage as Harry Potter himself, but all of actors truly embodied the characters as if they are THE true witches and wizards. I honestly do not have enough space to write a full length review, so I will keep it simple.
GO SEE IT! Please! Or, I will make sure the Minister for Magic allows you to remain a Muggle! Just food for thought from the Trolley Dear! "

"This show could not have gotten any better! My wife & I traveled from Oregon to watch it, & it was worth every penny! We couldn’t look away the entire time, & we cried multiple times just bc of how great the acting was.
Only “bad” thing was the intermission. I need it to be just a little longer because there’s SO many people, but only a couple of restrooms lol.
