"I really loved & Juliet. Mackenzie Meadows was on as the understudy and she was extraordinary — vocally and emotionally. Her performance felt so assured and layered that I honestly kept thinking how interesting it would be to see the principal lead, because it is hard to imagine anyone surpassing what Mackenzie brought to the role.
The cast as a whole was excellent, with Angelique and Shakespeare in particular delivering standout performances full of wit and energy. The writing was clever and fast-moving, and the entire 2.5 hours went by effortlessly. It was a joyful, sharply performed show from start to finish."
