Clever, creative, smart, and unexpecteded.
"Amazing show. I have been fortunate enough to see a decent amount of Broadway shows and this is, hands down, my favorite. This show is very clever and creative. As a Lit major that studied Shakespeare, I really enjoyed all of the references. However, the show does a good job of making sure that, even if you have no Shakespeare knowledge, you will know everything you need to.
As for the performers/actors, again, some of the most impressive I've seen. They all seemed so perfect for their roles. I especially loved Nathan Levy as Francois and Khailah Johnson as Juliet. Khailah Johnson is the understudy and I've seen understudies in other shows and, while they are always good, I feel you can often tell it's the understudy, but not here; she was nothing short of perfection. I've been listening to the soundtrack and, what's available to listen to, is the original cast. Still good but I wish I could listen to these guys! "

"We absolutely loved this show. It was our first NYC Broadway show and it did not disappoint. This show has everything from comedy, to great music and a great cast. It is a spin on Juliet’s after Romeo, but with a twist with very fun surprises. The storyline is inventive and creative. The cast was phenomenal. I highly recommend it. Would I Recommend It? Absolutely!
"I had tickets for the touring company in Nashville in February and came down with the flu. So I acted like a grown-up, didn't go, and bought a ticket for &Juliet on Broadway.
Round trip airfare, 4 hotel nights, meals, taxis, and 2 additional shows later, this was the highlight!
Don't be afraid if the best ticket you can afford is in the 2nd to last row of the balcony. Every part of the stage is visible and, personally, I think the distance is great for taking in everything at once.
The singing is fantastic. The songs are familiar and crafted in such a way to tell the story. I knew the premise, Juliet doesn't die, but it is so much more with the stories of other characters woven in.
Get thee to &Juliet pray tell. Thouest will thank me."
