Funny and engaging!
"I had never seen the play nor the movie but found it highly entertaining. The actress playing Donna was amazingly talented and made me feel sad and I even shed a few tears in places but also felt joy in others. She was so likable you were pulling for her from the start.
The young lady playing the daughter that night was not the lead. Her voice was good, but I couldn’t get past the fact that she didn’t look anything like all the advertisements I’d seen for the show. A little disappointed about that. It made it hard to get into her character.
The men who played the dads were hilarious and also truly gifted with great voices. They each played their roles with great enthusiasm and had me cheering for each one.
The content and themes of the show are not conducive for an audience under 13. If there were kids there, I’m sure the jokes and double entendres went well over their heads but definitely not a show for the whole family. Overall it was entertaining and my favorite part was the end of the show…I won’t give it away. You just need to go see it. 😃If you’re a kid from the 80’s the music is gonna give you all the feels. "

"I absolutely loved Mama Mia and would give it a 10 out of 10. The music, production, and energy had me singing, smiling, and laughing. It was a 2 hour absolute delight and even now 24 hours later I am still humming some of my favorite songs. The actors were cast so perfectly that I was completley entralled by the story to the point that I felt like I was present and part of the party. "
