"Having never seen or read the play before this performance, I was unsure what to expect. What I got was a bit of a buddy discussion wrapped around some absurd circumstances and dialogue cadence that kept me on my toes. Overall, enjoyable. I wanted to see Keanu and Alex together once more, but I found that the character of Pozzo captured my attention far more. Overall enjoyable!"

Theatre of the absurdly talented.
"Jamie Lloyd is the perfect director to make Beckett relatable. Disposing of conventional props and sets he is actor focused and the performances The audience were sitting forward grasping every moment. Just killer. Beautiful pathos in the time tunnel of existence. Bring friends because you'll want to discuss afterwards. "

A great show that is tough to completely understand
"This show is a mystery in a way. Something important, profound even, is happening and we just have to find out for ourselves what it means. That is not an easy task and I suspect that there are as many answers as there are theater-goers who have seen it. Go and figure the mystery out for yourself..."

Coming of Age with Bill and Ted
"So captivating from the opening lines. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I absolutely loved it and would come back to see it again! As an aging member of the population, I found myself really connecting with the characters and thinking of all the aspects of life that just hit you sometimes. It was brilliant and seeing the friendship of the two main characters was good for my soul. "

Performing the Savior, Waiting for the pseudo-Savior
"On September 23rd I enjoyed seeing the Broadway version of WAITING FOR GODOT originally written by Samuel Beckett in 1952 and performed this time by Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter. It is interesting to note that while Keanu played the role of the Savior in the MATRIX series, in this absurd play he plays the role of Estragon, who waits for Godot, who might be or might not be the Savior, by killing time with his buddy Vladimir. Waiting for Godot
"Kneau Reeves and Alex Winter along with the other cast members are excellent performers. The story in itself is dark, sad, and uneventful. This is not a criticism; it was the intent by playwright Samuel Beckett in my opinion. Throughout the characters journey, which actually goes nowhere, the actors make you laugh and they are entertaining. In all honesty, I would not have chosen to see this play had it not been for Kneau Reeves. He is extraordinary. I gave the play 4 stars because there were moments that I found difficult to pay attention to. If you are a fan of any of the actors, then go see it.

Reeves and Winter together again
"Reeves and Winter used their comedic timing to great effect and in a different way than with their iconic performances as Bill and Ted. They were bolstered by a very strong supporting cast. The stage design is unique and effective. All in all a very strong production. "

Great performance
"A compelling and well-executed production of Waiting for Godot. Though the absurdist humor was not to my taste, it was still a thought-provoking theatrical experience."

2 friends and a lot to think about life
"Actors played with great excitement. 2 hours of highest stage quality. If you don’t know what the play is about it is difficult to follow. You have to have good English knowledge ( if you aren’t a native speaker)"

About
Waiting For Godot
Directed by Olivier Award-winning and Tony®-nominated visionary Jamie Lloyd (Sunset Blvd., A Doll’s House, Betrayal), this exhilarating, hilarious, and deeply human new production of Samuel Beckett’s self-proclaimed “tragicomedy” asks all of life’s big questions—and answers none of them. It’s ridiculous! Life, and this play. But the wait is worth the wait.
