The end of the spring season held steady at the box office. Recent additions Promises, Promises and Fences—with the help of stars Kristin Chenoweth, Sean Hayes, Denzel Washington and Viola Davis—both played to full houses, with Promises, Promises grossing over $1.2 million. The Addams Family is also still riding high, filling the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre to over 97% and grossing close to $1.3 million.
