Sting Teams Up With Broadway Inspirational Voices
The Last Ship's Sting and Brian Yorkey, along with Gentleman’s Guide composer Steven Lutvak, will join Broadway Inspirational Voices for their 2014 outreach program at Ronald McDonald House New York. The program aids patients battling pediatric cancer and their caregivers; this year’s one-night-only event will take place on December 18. Theater Owners Face No Charges for Ceiling Collapse
Nimax, the owners of London’s Apollo Theatre, will not be prosecuted for the venue’s partial ceiling collapse during the December 19, 2013 performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. According to the Evening Standard, a year-long investigation concluded that there had been “no breach of current laws.” New rules are being implemented to make sure that there is no repeat of the accident.
