Sh-K-Boom was founded in 2000 by president Kurt Deutsch and wife Sherie Rene Scott, one of the stars of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. The label has recorded two solo offerings from Adam Pascal Model Prisoner, Civilian as well as Alice Ripley's Everything's Fine, Scott's Men I've Had and Great Joy, the Christmas album from the Broadway Inspirational Voices which was recently nominated for a 2005 Grammy Award. In addition, Sh-K-Boom released original cast recordings for the Broadway musical Amour as well as off-Broadway's A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant, Bare, Debbie Does Dallas and The Last Five Years. Upcoming Sh-K-Boom releases include Billy Porter's At the Corner of Broadway and Soul and the long-awaited studio recording of Paul Scott Goodman's Bright Lights, Big City.
Little Women is expected in stores in early April.
