Broadway Grosses: Ready for Spring

Broadway shows rebounded last week after suffering through dismal numbers the week before. Five shows--Beauty and the Beast, Chicago, Fiddler on the Roof, Rent and The Lion King--took six figure jumps. Overall Broadway is still struggling however, partially owing to the fact that so many theaters are currently dark. When the spring season heats up, surely the Broadway tally will follow suit.
