Fully Committed Will Not Return to London's Arts Theatre

Fully Committed has ended its run at London's Arts Theatre. The show has had no performances for the last two weeks, owing to the fact that star Mark Setlock fell seriously ill and could not go on. Now producers have announced it will not return.

In Becky Mode's Fully Committed, Setlock played Sam, a restaurant reservationist, and all 36 characters who besiege him in an attempt to book a table. The show had a successful run off-Broadway and at various locations throughout the United States. It played at the U.K. fringe venue, the Menier Chocolate Factory, last fall before hitting the West End.

The Arts will continue to house Tynan, a play adapted by Richard Nelson and Colin Chambers from the diaries of Kenneth Tynan. Fully Committed was booked concurrently but played later in the evenings.
