Broadway Grosses: Musicals Move In

Two big-budget musicals began Broadway performances last week, and both did well at the box office. In only one performance, All Shook Up made $95,406 and filled the Palace to 97.24% capacity. Spamalot, which played seven previews, took in $719,425 and filled the Shubert to 93.71% capacity on average.
