In Privilege, the lives of two affluent Upper East Side teens are irrevocably changed when their father Saget is accused of insider trading. Set in Manhattan in 1987--the era of Ivan Boesky and junk bond financier Michael Milken--Privilege follows these two young boys, 16-year-old Porter Harry Zittel and 12-year-old Charlie Conor Donovan, as they re-examine their world with the insights of boys on the brink of adulthood.
Saget is best known for playing Danny Tanner in Full House and for hosting America's Funniest Home Videos. He also starred in the WB series Raising Dad. A comedian as well as an actor, Saget has performed all across the country and on The Tonight Show, The Late Show with David Letterman and Comic Relief.
Privilege is set to officially open on April 25. In addition to the aforementioned stars, Florencia Lozano and Carolyn McCormick will appear in the play.
