Victoria Gotti Delays Start Date in We're Still Hot

Victoria Gotti did not begin performances in the off-Broadway musical We're Still Hot on April 9 as scheduled. She is now expected to start performing in the tuner on April 30.

Gotti, daughter of alleged mob boss John Gotti, is currently best known for her A&E reality series, Growing Up Gotti, which follows her daily activities. Gotti is also a writer. She works as a gossip columnist for Star Magazine and has penned the novels The Senator's Daughter, I'll Be Watching You, Superstar, The Loyal Song and The Fifth Avenue Club. She is active in charities and was once named "Women of The Year" by the American Heart Association.

We're Still Hot, directed by Sue Wolf, tells the story of four women in their 50s rediscovering what they loved and hated about each other as they put together a show for their 35th high school reunion. Despite the hot flashes and the mood swings, the show's foursome end up celebrating their changes and gaining a new outlook on life. The musical features a book by J.J. McColl and score by McColl and Rueben Gurr.

Paty Lombard has joined the cast of We're Still Hot and will play Marnie until Gotti is ready. As previously reported, though never confirmed by the production, Gotti is expected to play no more than three performances per week during her stay in We're Still Hot. Lombard is staying with the show and will perform when Gotti does not.

The musical also stars Marnee Hollis, Jane Seaman and Deborah Jean Templin.
