Broadway Grosses: Nothing Is Too Wonderful to Be True

Nothing is too wonderful to be true—last week Dirty Rotten Scoundrels became one of the top five Broadway shows, in terms of gross, for the first time in its run. The tuner made a substantial $790, 947 and filled the Imperial Theatre to 92.69% on average. There is also other good news for the production: star Norbert Leo Butz picked up the Best Actor in a Musical Tony Award on Sunday night.
