Broadway Grosses: The Odd Couple Takes a Dip

The Odd Couple, starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, was scheduled to close on April 2 before the hit show extended its run through June 4. Last week, the first week of this extension period, the production took a dip at the box office, falling $150,961. But don't feel bad for this Odd Couple—the show still grossed a considerable $745,868 and filled the Brooks Atkinson Theatre to 96.19% capacity on average.
