Broadway Grosses: And It Burns, Burns, Burns

The Broadway tuner Ring of Fire played its last performance at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on April 30. The Johnny Cash musical, which opened to mostly negative reviews, grossed $200,290 in its final week, a $29,559 drop from the week before. Tops at the box office for the last week of April: long-running favorite Wicked, topping $1.3 million.
