Broadway Grosses: Usher Adds Pop to Chicago Box Office

Five-time Grammy winner Usher joined the cast of Chicago as Billy Flynn on August 22, and the box office immediately felt his presence. The long-running revival grossed $747,331 for the week ending August 27, a $242,612 gain from the week prior and a jump in capacity to 94.77% from 85.50%. It looks like Usher has found a home on Broadway!
