With a score by the legendary songwriting team of Kander and Ebb, Curtains unfolds at Boston's Colonial Theatre in 1959, where a new musical could be a Broadway smash were it not for the presence of its talent-free leading lady. When the hapless star dies on opening night, Lieutenant Frank Cioffi David Hyde Pierce arrives on the scene to conduct an investigation. Starts February 27.

JOURNEY'S END — Play Revival
Already a big hit in London, Journey's End is a revival of R.C. Sheriff's 1929 play that follows a group of soldiers and their personal relationships as they prepare to face the enemy in the trenches of a World War I battle. This new staging is set to feature British film star Hugh Dancy and Tony winners Boyd Gaines The Heidi Chronicles, Contact and Jefferson Mays I Am My Own Wife. Starts February 8.

TALK RADIO — Play Revival
Talk Radio centers around one evening in the life of controversial radio host Barry Champlain, played by Liev Schreiber. It debuted at the Public Theater in 1987 in a production starring its playwright Eric Bogosian, who later starred in a 1988 film version directed by Oliver Stone. The cast for the Broadway production also includes Peter Hermann, Stephanie March and Erik Jensen. Starts February 15. GET TICKETS!

DYING CITY — Play
Originally produced in London last spring at the Royal Court Theatre, Dying City tells the story of Kelly, a young therapist played by Rebecca Brooksher, whose husband dies while on military duty in Iraq. A year later, her husband's identical twin brother, played by Pablo Schreiber, arrives unexpectedly at Kelly's door, seeking solace—and answers to the mystery of his brother's death. Starts February 15.

KING HEDLEY II — Play Revival
Continuing their salute to August Wilson, the Signature Theatre presents King Hedley II, which follows the characters introduced in Seven Guitars, this time placing them in 1980s Pittsburgh. A woman is tormented by a secret she has kept for 36 years, while her only son returns home after serving time for murder to find a neighborhood riddled with crime, poverty and broken families.
