Among the evening's special trophies presented were a Lifetime Achievement Award for Kevin Kline, who recently was seen off-Broadway in King Lear, and special awards for the Classical Theatre of Harlem and fight director Rick Sordelet. Also announced were a special award for the Actors' Fund of America for 150 years of service and an upcoming star on the Playwrights' Sidewalk for Christopher Durang.
