Bill W. and Dr. Bob Set to Close 6/10

Bill W. and Dr. Bob will end its 18-week off-Broadway run at New World Stages June 10. Written by Stephen Bergman and Janet Surrey and directed by Rick Lombardo, the play began previews on February 16 and opened on March 5. It will have played 21 previews and 111 regular performances upon closing.

The first-ever play about Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith, the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous, Bill W. and Dr. Bob starred Robert Krakovski and Patrick Husted in the title roles, along with Marc Carver, Kathleen Doyle, Deanna Dunmyer and Rachel Harker.
