Francesca Faridany and Jeffrey Kuhn to Join Broadway's The 39 Steps

Francesca Faridany and Jeffrey Kuhn will join the cast of Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps on October 28 at Broadway's Cort Theatre. Faridany will play the roles of Annabella Schmidt, Margaret and Pamela, and Kuhn will play the role of Man #1, replacing Jennifer Ferrin and Cliff Saunders, who will depart on October 26.

In The 39 Steps, Richard Hannay Sam Robards is lured into a world of intrigue by a mysterious woman claiming to be a spy. When she winds up dead in his flat, he flees London with the police hot on his trail. Adapted by Patrick Barlow and directed by Maria Aitken, the production currently features Arnie Burton Man #2, Ferrin, Robards and Saunders.

Faridany's credits include The Homecoming on Broadway and The Stronger off-Broadway. Regional credits include Agamemnon, Fräulein Else, Design for Living, Japes, Skylight, Heartbreak House and Shakespeare productions at major theater across the country.

Kuhn's credits include the Broadway productions of Assassins, Wicked, Spamalot and Ragtime and the off-Broadway concert of Floyd Collins. Regional credits include Romeo and Juliet, Sea of Tranquility, The Fourth Wall, I Am My Own Wife, Dirty Blonde and The Story of My Life. He also has numerous credits at Canada's Stratford Festival.
