Tickets for the new musical
Next to Normal are now on sale. The show, which stars
Alice Ripley and
J. Robert Spencer, will begin performances at the Booth Theatre on March 27 and open on April 15.

Next to Normal explores how one suburban household copes with crisis. The musical shows how far two parents will go to keep themselves sane and their family’s world intact.
Next to Normal, directed by Michael Greif, debuted at off-Broadway's Second Stage Theatre on February 13, 2008. It was then reworked in a subsequent engagement at Washington, D.C.'s Arena Stage.
Aaron Tveit, Jennifer Damiano Adam Chanler-Berat and Louis Hobson are featured in the cast.
Next to Normal features sets by Mark Wendland, costumes by Jeff Mahshie, lighting design by Kevin Adams and sound design by Brian Ronan. Musical staging is by Sergio Trujillo and musical direction is by Charlie Alterman. Orchestrations are by Michael Starobin and Kitt, and vocal arrangements are by AnnMarie Milazzo.
