In most cases, tickets are delivered by email and come in one of two formats, depending on the theater: a link to a QR code or a PDF attachment containing a QR code. You can also access your tickets directly through our secure Order Management tool.

Mobile tickets come in one of two formats: a link to a QR code or a PDF attachment containing a QR code. In both cases, your tickets should be displayed on your smartphone or other device to be scanned for admittance to the theater. (PDF-based tickets may be printed and brought to the theater.)

Box Office Pickup, also known as Will Call, allows you to pick up your tickets at the theater's Box Office 30 minutes prior to showtime with a valid photo ID. Many theaters no longer offer Will Call pickup and instead only offer electronic (i.e., mobile) ticketing.

All delivery methods are free of charge at Broadway.com.

For security purposes, many theaters will not generate tickets until closer to the performance, which may cause a delay in the delivery of your tickets, depending on when you purchase.

Seats purchased in a single order will always be together. Most Broadway theater seats are even-numbered (2, 4, 6, etc.) and odd-numbered (1, 3, 5, etc.) on either side of the center section, which is typically formatted with consecutive numbering (101, 102, 103, etc.).

Most theaters only offer electronic tickets that will be emailed to you prior to your performance time, unless otherwise indicated during checkout or in your confirmation email.

The email containing your tickets may be forwarded to another person attending with or without you. You may also send individual tickets from your smartphone wallet to another recipient.

We accept all major credit cards, mobile wallets, PayPal, Klarna, Paze, and Broadway.com Gift Cards.

Purchases at Broadway.com are immediately authorized and charged.

Your attempt to buy Broadway theater tickets may have been flagged as unusual or suspicious activity by your financial institution. You should contact them before trying again.

Your confirmation email serves as a receipt for your order. If you need a more detailed invoice, contact customer support.

Avoid scams by only purchasing tickets from licensed, reputable vendors like Broadway.com, or in person at the theater's box office.

You do not need an account to purchase tickets at Broadway.com.

Payment information submitted to Broadway.com is secured with the latest encryption technology, including tokenization, and credit card information is not stored.
 

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, so once you have selected and purchased your tickets, you cannot change your seats. Please reach out via our contact form, call us at 1-800-BROADWAY, email us at ticketing@broadway.com, or reply to your confirmation email with any questions.

Countless shows open and close every year, with closing dates announced as far in advance as six months or as soon as within a few days. If your show announces it will close before your performance, we will notify you via email and your order will be automatically refunded in full.

In the unlikely event your performance is canceled, we will notify you promptly. Ticket orders for canceled performances will be fully refunded automatically.

A small number of seats in every theater have an obstructed view of the stage, meaning some portions of the show will not be visible whether due to structural elements of the theater itself or because of a specific show's staging. These seats tend to be priced lower than full-view seats and are always disclosed as obstructed or partial-view when purchasing.

Premium seats are typically located in the center of the Orchestra and Front Mezzanine sections, offering close proximity to the stage and clear sightlines. Premium seats tend to remain available longer than most regular-priced seats, which can make for a quick and easy way to ensure you have the best seats in the house. In the unlikely event that your performance is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified promptly and refunded automatically.

It doesn't happen often, but if your performance date or time changes, we will notify you promptly. If you can't attend the reschedueld performance, reach out to us via our contact form, call us at 1-800-BROADWAY or email us at ticketing@broadway.com.
